Categories
- Buff - Positive effects (heals, stat boosts)
- Debuff - Negative effects (damage, stat reduction)
- Control - Crowd control (stun, root, silence)
- Neutral - No positive/negative classification
Stacking Modes
- Refresh - Reapplying resets duration
- Replace - New application replaces old
- Stack - Multiple stacks accumulate
- Independent - Each source tracked separately
