Create a new special skill or power for characters
Targeting Guide
Targeting Types:
- Self: Ability only affects the caster
- Single: Target one entity within range
- Area: Affects all entities in a radius
Effect Types
Available Effects:
- Damage: Deal damage to target
- Heal: Restore health points
- Buff: Temporarily increase a stat
- Debuff: Temporarily decrease a stat
- Status Effect: Apply a condition (poison, stun, etc.)
Resource Costs
Common Resources:
- Mana: Magical energy
- Stamina: Physical endurance
- Health: Life force (for sacrifice abilities)
- Energy: General resource pool
Tips
- Set cooldown to 0 for instant-use abilities
- Use tags for easy searching and filtering
- Resource costs can reference stats from the Stats module
- Combine multiple effects for complex abilities
